Many of you know that watching General Conference (our semi annual instruction broadcast from the Prophet via cable for the LDS church) is a constant commitment to keeping children busy so that you can enjoy the messages. Each year we try new things to keep their little minds entertained. This time we tried making "arrangements" with our food on our picnic blanket in the living room, broadcasting it on our outside speakers while the boys played on the grass, making race tracks to roll our easter eggs down, and letting everyone have a turn playing with the camera. Dallin decided to put multiple beanies on and head butt easter eggs, so Karly decided it was winter all over again and needed a hat and gloves too! It all seemed to work well because we have made it through 6 hours of instruction and heard most of the talks! One more session to go, we will see if we make it...
ps - If you didn't hear Elder Holland's talk on the Savior, I insist that you read it on line. By far it was one of the most detailed accounts of His atonement coupled with outstanding testimony of His Divinity. PERFECT to share on Easter...

SO glad you heard more than I did. I loved Elder Holland's talk too! Amazing!
Karly's hair is awesome! It's like Mikey with a wig on. Dallin has some competition for best toddler hair.
Oh you are an AWESOME mom! Wish we were there with you. Conference was wonderful wasn't it?
